This DVD is a recording of a conference by The Estonian Witches' Association which took place at the Oxford Hall of Hotel London in Tartu on 04042019 where The Witch Of Tallinn, South Estonia Witch and The Witch Of Tartu presented a lecture which led to the achievement of Consciousness Alien Overall Consciousness Part Attainment Procedure. This procedure is a prerequisite for the appearance of the individual Consciousness for someone, who has by participating in the Estonian Witches' Associations Consciousness Procedure, achieved all the parts specified by the Consciousness Alien for the appearance of Consciousness.
